Because we care about your pet’s safety and well-being, we want to assure you that every effort will be made to make your pet’s visit as pleasant as possible.

Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances:

• The pet is fit and healthy, grooming that takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health/skin conditions.
• Aggressive or Dangerous Pets: Not all pets are accepting of the grooming process. Muzzles may be used (if necessary). Oh So Cute! Dog Grooming reserves the right to refuse/stop services for such pet(s) at any time before or during the grooming process.
• Safety comes first for everyone during the grooming process, people as well as pets. You must inform us prior to grooming if your pet has bitten someone or has aggressive tendencies. Oh So Cute! Dog Grooming has the right to refuse service in the event of a pet that can NOT be handled safely.
• Senior Dogs When pets older than 7 years of age are groomed, their bodies are subjected to stress due to being in an unfamiliar environment. This stress has the potential to cause latent physical conditions (i.e. heart, liver and kidney disorders) to become active, and potentially life-threatening. We may contact you about going to your veterinarian if we feel your pet looks ill, and/or grooming looks to be uncomfortable. Senior dogs with heart conditions will not be accepted due to their health.
• Medical Conditions: Please let our team know if your pet suffers from any illnesses or has any injuries. 
• Cleanliness: Our salon and mobile grooming van are cleaned and disinfected daily. Please rest assured your loved one is in a safe environment.
• Shaving or de-matting a pet often exposes pre-existing skin conditions or sores. Shaving such may cut or irritate the skin. These are common responses to shave downs. While the groomer will employ the greatest care to avoid such events, they can and do occur in shave-downs. 
• Accidents: There is always the possibility an accident could occur. Grooming equipment is sharp. Even though we use EXTREME caution and care in all situations, possible problems could occur. If that is the case, we will always let our clients know.Photos/Media: Photos, pictures, or videos may be taken of my pet before, during, or after grooming for use on Oh So Cute! Dog Grooming Instagram, Facebook, or for any other marketing or advertising purposes.
• Pick-Up must be within one hour of the groomer notifying that the dog is ready. Longer than an hour, a fee of $15 per hour will be added.
• Cancellations: We follow the Riverside County guideline closures as they pertain to inclimate weather. We try to work as long as conditions are not dangerous. If you are unsure, please call us to confirm. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us a call and we can assist.

*We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.

*Proof of current vaccinations and completion of Service of Agreement is required.
